How do I download my purchase?
If you purchased an item that isn’t listed as “Instant Download”, please make sure you have provided your email address associated with that purchase (for it to be sent to you).

Once you’re ready to purchase, head to your cart and as you’re checking out, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. It’s the easiest way to ensure you have access to what you have purchased at all times.
As soon as your payment has processed, you will be able to download your files immediately.
Just go to your account, click the ‘downloads’ link to the left and all your purchases will be listed there, ready to download.
For large products or Canva templates, you will download a PDF document. This will include a button link to Dropbox or Canva (depending on what you have purchased) which will take you to your product.
Please download your purchases within 3 months of purchase.
You will also receive a confirmation email with the download link. If you can’t find this email, it could be in your spam/junkmail folder or you may have entered your email address incorrectly when checking out.
All prices shown on blogpixie.com are listed in USD. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit card using Stripe, or through a secure Paypal checkout.
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at blogpixie.com, I do not offer refunds or exchanges as digital items cannot be returned.
Please read the product description carefully before you make a purchase and feel free to ask any questions beforehand.
If a downloadable item is no longer showing in your account, it means the item is no longer available from Blog Pixie. It is your responsibility to download your entire digital purchase within a reasonable time of your purchase and to keep your files in a safe place.
If you try to download your order years after purchasing, it is unlikely the files will still be available.
Blog Pixie does not guarantee lifetime access to digital downloads within your account.
You know your business better than me! You know how you want it to look, the vibe you want it to have, what details you need. You are the best person to choose what you want 🙂 Most items at Blog Pixie are completely customizable so you can change them up to suit you (if something isn’t perfectly suited).

If you have an Etsy Account you can download your purchases from the Purchases And Reviews section of your Etsy Account. If you checked out as a guest the download link will be sent to the email address you placed your order with (in the confirmation email you received).
You can’t download from the Etsy App. You must be signed into Etsy.com in the web browser on your phone or desktop.
I am currently unavailable for custom work.
If you have contacted about a product you purchased and you didn’t provide your order number (requested in the contact form), your order cannot be looked up and therefore help cannot be provided. Please use the contact form again and provide your order number to receive assistance.
If your question is answered here in the Help Center, you may not receive an email response.

I do not accept guest posts at Blog Pixie
Make sure you are installing the correct file and it must be zip folder. The Installation Guide you received with your purchase will tell you what file you should be uploading to Shopify.
Within 48 hours! You will receive an email from Wix to the email address you provided at checkout.
Once that email has been sent you have 3 days to accept the transfer or it will expire.
Please search for an email from Wix in your email account – it could be in the Inbox, Spam/Junkmail, Social or Promotions folders.
If your email address is on a custom domain (eg. firstname.lastname@example.org) sometimes Wix doesn’t send the transfer, please contact me and I will give you the direct transfer link which will take you to the template immediately.
With Wix you have to manually edit the mobile version as you go – it doesn’t automatically change when you edit the desktop version.
As you make edits on the desktop version, switch over to the mobile view to make sure it looks good on there as well, then make the necessary edits where needed.
