How do I shop at blogpixie.com?
To purchase a product in the Blog Pixie shop, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. It’s the easiest way to ensure you have access to what you have purchased at all times.
What happens when I buy one of your products?
For all digital products (textures, fonts, graphics), you will be able to download the files immediately once your payment has processed at checkout.
Just go to your account, click the ‘downloads’ link to the left and all your purchases will be listed there, ready to download.
For products that are too large in size to download directly from Blog Pixie, you will download a PDF document instead. This will include a link to Dropbox, where you can download the product as a whole or download each individual folder (if your internet is a bit slower). There is no time limit to when you wish to download.
For custom orders such as logo/branding packages and blog post signatures, you will need to contact me with the info I ask for in the description of the product so I can process your order.
What currency are the prices shown in and how can I pay?
All prices shown on blogpixie.com are in USD. Payment is made securely through Paypal using your Paypal account or a Credit/Debit card.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products I sell, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made at my store as the items cannot be returned. Please read the product listing carefully before you make a purchase, and feel free to ask any questions. I’m always here to help if you run into any issues with your new purchase.
What will I receive with the purchase of a Blogger theme?
Blogger themes are for blogs made on blogger.com only.
You will receive a .zip folder where you need to extract the files to your computer (open the .zip folder and drag all the items to your desktop or to another folder).
Inside that folder will be 3 things – your Theme (an .XML file), a Help Document (PDF) and a favicon image. Open the Help Document first and follow the instructions inside.
Is a Blogger theme easy to install?
It is! You will receive a Help Document which takes you through the process, step-by-step. I’ve included screenshots to show you exactly what you need to be doing. It should take around 30mins to install your theme.
I already have a Blogger blog with lots of posts and side bar gadgets. Will they be removed if I install a new theme?
Everything you’ve added to your blog will still be on your blog after you install your new theme. I do recommend though, if you’ve added any HTML gadgets to your side bar, that you copy each code and paste into a Notepad document while you install the new theme, just in case they do disappear (it can happen sometimes) and you need to re-add them. Your blog posts are completely safe and won’t go anywhere. You may need to fix things up after you install the new theme, such as adding the Read More button to your posts (if you haven’t already), making sure your post images are set to ‘original size’ and rearranging/deleting gadgets in the side bar.
Can you install my new theme for me?
Yes! I offer free installation with my themes, so please email me telling me which theme you purchased and I’ll let you know what information I need from you to get your theme set up.
Can you design a header image for me?
If you purchase one of my Blogger themes I can create a free header image for you – the title of your blog in the font that appears on the theme you’ve purchased. I also have pre-made logo designs in my Etsy shop.
Can I use my own logo on a theme?
Yes, you can. You will just need to make sure it’s the right size to fit into the theme (I’m happy to help with that).
Will your themes work on my WordPress blog?
No they won’t. My themes are only for Blogger/Blogspot.
I want to change a few things on the theme, such as add another drop down menu and change some of the coding, can you help me?
Any changes you want to make to the theme are up to you and I’m unable to do that for you. I am also unable to provide support for any changes you make that aren’t part of my theme’s design.
